Greener Kirkcaldy

Greener Kirkcaldy is a community-led charity. They work on a local scale to benefit your community and the environment - They believe that everyone gains from "going greener together".
Their charity give advice and support to people who want to reduce fuel bills and save money. They advise on how to grow and cook seasonal local food; reduce waste through re-use and repair.
Greener Kirkcaldy hold fun events, courses and workshops for all to enjoy. They offer a broad range of varied volunteering opportunities as well as job/career opportunities.

Dysart Heritage Trust

The Dysart Trust was established in 2022 as a registered charity (SC033137), with the objective to: “collect, preserve and make known the history and working of Dysart.”  It is led by a team of volunteers.  

The trust is the custodian, on behalf of Fife Regional Council, for the Townhouse and Tollbooth in Dysart.  The Tollbooth is the venue for a fascinating and growing local heritage museum.  The museum is open throughout the summer on Sundays and for one off events.
